About the Role
Join an exciting Legal Service at Brent Council. Brent is a vibrant London borough characterized by its diversity and rich cultural history. We are currently seeking a lawyer to join our Civil/Housing Litigation Team. In this role, you will provide high-level and proactive expert legal advice on civil and housing litigation matters to the Council, its members, and officers. You will also personally conduct advocacy on behalf of the council and instruct counsel as appropriate.

Experience
A strong background in all matters relating to Civil/Housing litigation is essential.

About you
You will possess a current practising certificate (either as a Barrister, Solicitor, or Legal Executive), a can-do attitude, and the ability to anticipate and solve problems. Dependability and self-reliance are key attributes for this role.
