About the Role
Join B&Q’s HR Pathway Programme, a permanent opportunity including an approximately 36-month Apprenticeship Scheme designed to provide a dynamic and comprehensive experience in Human Resources. Working from our Southampton Store Support Office, you will support our stores, people, and business to help millions of customers create homes they love.
This programme offers structured on-the-job apprenticeship experience, comprehensive training, and support, culminating in industry-recognised qualifications at Level 3 and Level 5, including CIPD Level 5. You will gain broad exposure through rotational roles across key HR disciplines such as Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Business Partnering, Learning & Leadership, and Employment Relations.
Throughout the programme, you will develop essential skills including communication, prioritisation, presentation, and stakeholder partnering, while gaining a deep understanding of B&Q’s business. Upon completion, you will continue in an HR role with encouragement to apply for higher-grade positions, supporting our leadership succession pipeline.
