B&Q is committed to diversity and inclusion, creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and have equal opportunities. You will have access to networks that support colleagues and allies, helping us put diversity at the heart of our business.
We recognise wellness means different things to different people and offer a range of benefits to help you be at your best.
