About the Role

As a Showroom Advisor, you will help bring some of their boldest kitchen and bathroom ideas to life.

Your focus will be on the customer, asking questions and exploring possibilities to recommend the right finance, products, and installation options. You will use software to produce inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life. Coordinating multiple projects and supporting customers both virtually and face to face, you will guide them from inspirational ideas through to delivery, helping to make their dreams a reality.

You will be skilled at using technology and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Working closely with colleagues and installers, you will ensure the best service is delivered on every project. Motivated by targets, you will confidently convert your designs into sales. You work well as part of a team, are a good problem-solver, and have a keen eye for design. Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is essential.

Experience
Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential. A passion for home improvement and customer engagement is key.

Qualifications
