About the Role
At B&Q, we believe anyone can improve their home to make life better. From our Southampton Store Support Office (SSO), we equip our stores, people, and business with everything needed to help millions of customers create homes they’ll love. As an Installation Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of B&Q’s installations service strategy by partnering with Regional Managers to support, educate, and coach store leadership teams.

You will work closely with stores and installers to implement installation plans, build strong regional relationships, and use data insights to identify trends and opportunities. Your role includes resolving customer issues and warranty claims, ensuring consistent processes, delivering training and coaching, and supporting recruitment and development of quality installers. You will also contribute to improving the installation proposition by developing technical knowledge and proposing solutions alongside regional managers.

This role requires a full driving license as you will be mobile across the North-West and Central regions of our store estate.

Experience
- In-depth knowledge of the installation industry
- Experience dealing with customer issues and complaints
- Awareness of dispute resolution processes
- Proven ability to identify and solve problems
- Experience coaching and developing colleagues both remotely and in person

Qualifications
