About the Role
Our Human Capital Management division recruits, develops, and rewards the people of Goldman Sachs. We design and implement strategies, processes, and technologies that help our people advance professionally, drive productivity, and enable the firm and our clients to achieve superior results. We seek individuals with strong problem solving and analytical skills, innovative thinking, and intellectual curiosity who want to make an impact on the success of the firm’s most valuable asset, our people.

The Talent Development Associate will play a central role in designing, managing, and delivering high-impact development programming that helps employees build the skills, capabilities, and experiences needed to grow and perform across the firm. This role partners closely with the Talent function, HCM leadership, divisional stakeholders, external vendors, and program participants to translate firm and talent priorities into practical, differentiated learning experiences.

Positioned at the intersection of people development strategy, content design, stakeholder engagement, communications, measurement, and program execution, this role requires strong project management, clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and detailed delivery. The Associate will help shape development experiences supporting employees at key career moments, including leadership development, skill-building programs, coaching, peer learning, speaker-led sessions, and related firmwide talent initiatives.
