About the Role
As an Implementation Engineer at Moody's, you will partner with clients to successfully implement and integrate solutions through expert advisory services and technical guidance. You will collaborate closely with project managers, customer success managers, product consultants, and clients to gather requirements and recommend solutions that meet business needs. Your role includes conducting workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on API capabilities, integration approaches, and implementation best practices. You will support clients throughout implementation projects by diagnosing and resolving integration issues and technical challenges, participate in integration and user acceptance testing activities, and provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to client administrators and integration development teams. Additionally, you will maintain accurate project information using internal systems, develop and maintain technical documentation, and partner with product development teams to provide client feedback and support product enhancements. You will be part of a dynamic team that embraces emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve outcomes, drive efficiency, and support responsible innovation.

Experience
1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably within a Software as a Service environment, delivering implementation and integration solutions. Strong understanding of application programming interfaces, including REST and SOAP standards, to support client integrations and troubleshooting. Knowledge of cloud-based applications and services, with the ability to advise clients on integration best practices and solution design. Experience providing technical training, workshops, or knowledge transfer sessions to clients, administrators, or development teams. Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Awareness of AI risk management and commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

About you
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business and technical requirements and recommend effective solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and actionable guidance. Fluency in English is required; additional language capabilities are preferred.

Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, or a related technical discipline.
