The Enterprise Operational Resilience team is seeking an Incident/Crisis Management Lead Analyst to drive continuous enhancement of the crisis event management response structure. This role plays a lead part in facilitating and coordinating large-scale disruption events to ensure operational resilience and effective incident response and mitigation.

The successful candidate will support the implementation of an enhanced global crisis response framework, partnering with business and functional leads to embed roles and responsibilities. They will coordinate disruption events with stakeholders to ensure timely response and communications, lead continuous testing of response capabilities, and oversee post-incident enhancement projects and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support development of a global crisis response framework including governance, escalation protocols, and decision-making structures
- Design and implement training programs and scenario testing to ensure crisis readiness
- Partner with global business and technology stakeholders to embed the framework across regions and functions
- Manage and facilitate business response to major disruption events such as global technology outages, cyber-attacks, and geopolitical issues
- Coordinate cross-functional response teams during crises, ensuring timely communication, resolution, and post-incident reviews
- Support executive engagement and communications during incidents
- Maintain and improve global incident/crisis response playbooks and escalation procedures
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership during crisis events, providing clear and actionable updates
- Build strong relationships across business units, technology, supplier, and information security teams to ensure alignment and readiness
- Participate in industry forums and coordinate internal projects related to scenario testing
- Develop and deliver executive-level reporting on crisis trends, lessons learned, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure emergency notification tools and data remain accurate and users are trained
- Monitor global risk landscape and emerging threats to proactively adjust crisis response capabilities
- Lead post-incident reviews and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to crisis management and operational resilience

Requirements

Experience
- 3-5+ years of crisis management or incident response experience in a global organization
- Proven track record leading and facilitating global crisis events across multiple time zones and business units
- Experience in financial services required; insurance sector experience is a strong plus

- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure with 24/7/365 availability
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and senior leadership

Qualifications
- Deep understanding of global operational resilience regulatory requirements including FCA, EU (DORA), FFIEC, and CBI
- Relevant certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, DRI or equivalent are a plus
