About the Role
The primary focus of this role is to support the GB Retail and Global R&A within the risk and broking teams. You will work closely with Marketing colleagues and Line of Business teams across the global network to deliver marketing campaigns and programmes. Key responsibilities include providing logistical support to the Marketing Manager in executing the marketing plan, covering digital, social, email marketing, and online events. You will coordinate and liaise with regional and global marketing colleagues including Centres of Excellence such as Communications, Design, PR, Digital, and Research/Analytics to ensure successful campaign delivery. The role involves using platforms such as Cvent, Marketo, Contact Monkey, Wrike, and ON24, as well as building analytics with PowerBI and Excel to evaluate marketing effectiveness and support sales goals. A strong understanding of the products, services, and solutions offered by the Line of Business/Campaign is essential, as is an appreciation of global connectivity for business growth and collaboration. You will be expected to work collaboratively, offering and accepting assistance to achieve marketing priorities. Conduct Risk is a key principle, ensuring client interests and market integrity are central to all activities.

Experience
- Relevant marketing experience is essential, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
- University internship marketing experience will also be considered.
- Experience across a broad spectrum of marketing communications including social media, web, webinars, and email marketing.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently using own initiative while knowing when to escalate or seek help.

Qualifications
- Ideally hold qualifications in business with a concentration in marketing or equivalent.
- Experience within consultancy or insurance environments is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Cvent, ON24, Wrike, Marketo, PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerPoint, and Excel is beneficial.
