About the Role
At WTW, we provide data-driven, insight-led solutions in people, risk and capital. Joining our Retirement team, you will work with some of the largest pension schemes in the UK, advising on both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes. You will tackle complex challenges daily, making a real difference to active and retired employees across the country. Our work is vital and often high profile, and you will help us continue to deliver truly exceptional service.

Working alongside leading figures in the pensions industry, you will help deliver innovative solutions for prestigious clients. You will be supported through your actuarial exams with a mentor and a comprehensive, flexible study support package to help you become a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

On the programme, you will:
- Focus on supporting clients with their Defined Benefit schemes, with opportunities to work on other scheme types
- Support regular valuation work as well as cutting-edge risk-reduction and scheme design projects
- Collaborate with teams such as investment, communications and administration to provide joined-up advice
- Build your technical and consulting skills through a mix of practical and classroom learning
- Solve real-world actuarial problems that matter to our clients
- Develop skills to effectively communicate your work results to colleagues and clients
- Be encouraged to identify opportunities to improve our work and services

None required. This is a graduate programme designed as a journey of learning, experience and support.

About you
You are a natural problem solver with a sharp and analytical mind. You are comfortable working with and analysing numbers and are a confident communicator who knows how to build relationships. You are curious, eager to build and apply your knowledge, and motivated to succeed in a professional environment.

Qualifications
At least a 2:1 degree in a numerate discipline, or a 2:1 degree in a non-numerate discipline plus a grade B at A-Level Maths.
