Attend and represent Willis at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the FINEX proposition. Lead prospect meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions to secure new client appointments.

Client Advisory: Understand clients' business operations, risk profiles, and strategic objectives to identify insurance and risk management opportunities. Provide expert advice on Financial Lines products and market solutions. Clearly present coverage options, programme structures, insurer appetite, and market developments. Act as a trusted adviser to prospective clients throughout the sales process. Identify opportunities to broaden client relationships through cross-selling and additional consultancy services.

Market Engagement & Placement Strategy: Develop and maintain relationships with insurers and underwriting partners across the London and Company Markets. Work with FINEX broking teams to design competitive insurance programmes and placement strategies. Support negotiations with insurers to secure optimal coverage, terms, and pricing. Maintain awareness of emerging risks, market trends, regulatory developments, and insurer appetite. Share market intelligence and business opportunities across the wider FINEX team.

Client Transition & Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and servicing teams to ensure a seamless handover and implementation of newly won business. Support the development of client service plans and ongoing account strategies where required. Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions for clients. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and client records within WTW systems.

Compliance & Governance: Operate in accordance with FCA requirements, Willis policies, and internal governance standards. Ensure all client and insurer interactions are conducted with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Maintain required regulatory permissions, training, and professional qualifications. Support management in identifying and mitigating business unit risks.
