About the Role
WTW is seeking a Senior Facultative Reinsurance Broker to join our Natural Resources practice in London. You will work with major energy and mining clients, designing and leading facultative placements while negotiating with London and international markets to deliver innovative risk-transfer solutions. Key responsibilities include leading facultative placements for complex Natural Resources risks, advising clients on reinsurance structures, market trends and strategic options, negotiating terms with underwriters across global markets, and collaborating with Risk, Actuarial and Claims specialists to deliver integrated solutions. You will also support reporting, presentations and portfolio insights for clients, mentor junior brokers, and contribute to a high-performance team culture.

Experience
Proven experience in facultative reinsurance, broking or underwriting within energy, natural resources or large industrial sectors. Strong negotiation, analytical and client-relationship skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex accounts and deadlines.

Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior colleagues. Highly organized and able to prioritize competing demands effectively.

Qualifications
Degree in Business, Finance and/or Economics. ACII qualification is beneficial but not essential.
