About the Role
WTW is seeking a Senior Facultative Reinsurance Broker to join our Natural Resources practice in London. You will work with major energy and mining clients, designing and leading facultative placements while negotiating with London and international markets to deliver innovative risk-transfer solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading facultative placements for complex Natural Resources risks, advising clients on reinsurance structures, market trends and strategic options, and negotiating terms with underwriters across global markets. You will collaborate closely with Risk, Actuarial and Claims specialists to deliver integrated solutions, support reporting, presentations and portfolio insights for clients, and mentor junior brokers to contribute to a high-performance team culture.

Experience
Proven experience in facultative reinsurance, broking or underwriting within energy, natural resources or large industrial sectors. Strong negotiation, analytical and client-relationship skills. Ability to manage multiple complex accounts and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications
Degree in Business, Finance and/or Economics is required. ACII qualification is beneficial. This role is subject to the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR) and designated as a Conduct Rules role. The successful candidate will comply with FCA Conduct Rules, complete mandatory Conduct Rules training, and maintain the standards of integrity, professionalism and customer focus expected at WTW, including acting to deliver good outcomes for clients in line with regulatory and Consumer Duty requirements.
