About the Role
WTW is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Indemnities Project Support professional to join our team. This role supports the delivery of legal indemnity insurance projects by coordinating activities across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. There is potential for the role to expand to broking responsibilities and a future career path in legal indemnity broking. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong project coordination, administration, or insurance support experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include handling key process requirements in a compliant manner such as client onboarding, creating key documentation, invoicing, and policy follow-up. You will coordinate project activities, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications, support preparation and management of client and project documentation, maintain accurate records and trackers, liaise with brokers, insurers, legal professionals and internal teams, monitor project progress, support data gathering and reporting, assist with process improvement initiatives, and ensure all work complies with internal policies, compliance requirements, and service standards.
Experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Basic knowledge of insurance preferred but not essential
- Experience working in environments with short deadlines, high pressure, and high client service expectations is ideal
- Experience within insurance, legal, financial services, or professional services environments would be advantageous
About you
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients
- Ability to analyse data and situations and provide recommendations to identify improvements or solutions
- Experience working with and adhering to processes and systems that support client service delivery
- Proficient in standard IT systems such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
