About the Role
Join WTW’s Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) team for an eight-week internship focused on Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance. You will gain real-world experience working on data-driven projects involving pricing, claims, and operational processes. The ICT team combines deep insurance consulting expertise with innovative technology across reserving, capital, pricing, data science, process transformation, risk and regulatory, climate, exposure management, underwriting, and claims analytics. During the internship, you will use data science techniques to analyse data and produce insightful results, present your findings internally and to clients, collaborate with UK and global colleagues, and build your technical skills through hands-on experience and team support. You will deliver data science projects involving machine learning model development, assessment, deployment, and writing high-quality code. You will learn and apply open-source tools alongside WTW’s proprietary insurance technology solutions widely used in the market. The programme includes structured early-career training and ongoing learning from subject matter experts. This internship is an excellent opportunity to understand the graduate programme and many interns return as permanent team members after graduation. Experience
No prior professional experience required. Enthusiasm for data science and emerging technologies is essential.

Qualifications
- Currently in your penultimate year at university.
- On course to achieve a 2:1 degree.
- A-level Mathematics at grade A or above.
- At least 136 UCAS points across three A levels or equivalent qualifications (e.g. AAB or A*AC).
