About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join WTW as an Account Executive within the dedicated placing team, administering and arranging construction-related insurances. You will provide day-to-day client service by addressing requests and queries from clients, insurers, and other third parties. The role involves delivering technical, industry, and subject matter expertise where required, understanding clients’ business and risk management needs, and supporting their insurance programmes in line with their risk management philosophy. Responsibilities include maintaining information on databases, preparing documentation for renewals and placements within London and overseas markets (including MRCs and endorsements), preparing market presentations and underwriting submissions, interpreting and reviewing quotations to ensure they meet client needs, negotiating terms and cover alterations with insurers, and completing reports and insurance summaries for all interested parties. You will also attend key client and market meetings and collaborate with clients, insurers, and overseas networks to resolve technical and other issues.

Experience
Comprehensive technical knowledge of insurance is required, ideally with construction insurance experience, though this is not essential. Proven experience delivering high levels of direct client service and working with processes and systems that support client service delivery is important.

About you
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurers. Excellent client focus and the ability to analyse situations and provide recommendations to identify optimum solutions. Good presentation skills and intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis. Fluency in French or another European language is preferable but not essential.

Qualifications
Preferably educated to degree level or possessing relevant industry experience. Professional qualifications such as ACII or similar are desirable.
