Joining our Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) team, you will be part of impactful work from day one. Our ICT team combines deep insurance consulting expertise with innovative technology, working across all major actuarial pillars within Property and Casualty (P&C) including reserving, capital, and pricing, as well as broader areas such as data science, process transformation, risk and regulatory, climate, exposure management, underwriting, and claims analytics. This involves client projects, research, and product development.
In this role, you will work with and learn from market-leading experts, contributing to multiple varied client projects. You will receive full support for pursuing actuarial qualifications through the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Your responsibilities will include using actuarial and statistical modelling techniques to analyse data and produce insightful results, presenting analyses internally and to clients, collaborating with UK and global colleagues to solve real-world actuarial problems, building core technical and consulting skills through hands-on experience and team support, learning and applying open-source tools alongside WTW’s proprietary insurance technology solutions, and growing through structured early-career training and ongoing learning from subject matter experts.

Experience
Graduate-level candidates with no prior professional experience required. The programme is designed as a journey of learning, experience, and support.

Qualifications
- At least a 2:1 degree.
- A-level Mathematics at grade A or above.
- At least 136 UCAS points across three A levels or equivalent qualifications (e.g., AAB or A*AC meets the points requirement).
