About the Role
Fantastic opportunity to join WTW’s Rewards Data Intelligence Practice as a Rewards Survey Consultant. WTW is a leading provider of compensation, benefits, and employment practices information to the global employer community, covering more than 100 countries across six continents. Our data centres in North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America annually compile reports on remuneration, benefits and employment practices of local and multinational companies. Our portfolio of products and customised services helps organisations develop cost-effective salary and benefit packages, stay up to date with the latest HR developments, ensure compliance with local laws and customs, and assess and compare the costs of employment within and across regions.

In this role, you will primarily provide survey and compensation consulting support to existing and new clients, assisting the growth and profitability of the team by managing and supporting client relationships with UK-based participants and prospects throughout the full survey cycle. You will support WTW’s AI journey of automated job matching to assist clients’ ad-hoc needs and data submission processes, and contribute to the development of our survey and data analytics offering, primarily within the Financial Services sector.

You will act as analytical support to an industry lead by tracking year-on-year survey participation, data quality and analysis. Additional responsibilities include supporting compensation-based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews, pay assessments and bespoke surveys. Coordination with the Data & Analytics team will be required to provide clients with market benchmarking on pay elements using survey data and published reports.

Further duties include supporting Job Evaluation projects using proprietary methodology and AI-enabled technology, Equal Pay work across the wider RDI team, and helping clients leverage WTW’s Data Science capabilities to review organisational approaches to managing knowledge and skills through AI-enabled market scans. You will also support the wider RDI team in proposal writing, analysing industry trends, and utilising AI-driven insights around talent flow analytics.

Performance objectives include managing clients by addressing queries, responding to ad-hoc questions, supporting tools for assigned client portfolios, conducting and facilitating client presentations and forums, promoting Data Purchasing Plans, selling and delivering client projects, and collaborating with consultants, colleagues and the survey production team to ensure successful survey and project delivery. You will develop project plans and activity schedules, support job matching, conduct pay assessments and compensation reviews, and manage project correspondence and meeting documentation.

Financial responsibilities include providing new and existing clients with survey pricing proposals, supporting revenue growth of allocated industry surveys, and assisting with ad-hoc projects via the client base.

People objectives focus on building strong relationships externally and internally, collaborating effectively on cross-functional teams, demonstrating ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels, and working closely with Customer Services teams for end-to-end account management.

Excellence goals include continuously developing technical and consulting skills such as selling and project management, ensuring survey project files are up-to-date and meet Excellence standards, and assisting the survey product team with project management, data validations and survey reviews.
