About the Role
At WTW, we provide data-driven, insight-led solutions in the areas of people, risk and capital, helping organisations become more resilient and perform at their best. Within our Risk & Broking business, we are transforming how the global insurance market operates by developing more efficient, connected and technology-enabled ways of placing and managing risk. Our focus is on improving efficiency, expanding access to markets and capital, leveraging data and insights and creating stronger connectivity across the broker-insurer value chain.

As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting the successful launch and adoption of new products and technology across our internal colleagues and clients. Working across the full product lifecycle, you'll help prepare products for launch, support adoption, gather feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and user experience. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams and business stakeholders to help deliver successful outcomes.

The Role Includes:
- Becoming a product expert, understanding how technical products work, how different user groups use them and where common challenges and opportunities arise.
- Leading product readiness activities, working with Product Managers and business users to ensure successful product launches.
- Creating and maintaining process guides, release notes and user-facing documentation.
- Leading and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting issues and contributing to feature prioritisation.
- Building repeatable processes to support product releases across regions.
- Driving product adoption and supporting behaviour change across colleague groups.
- Creating and contributing to training materials, help articles and internal communications.
- Monitoring adoption, feedback and success metrics, using insights to identify barriers and support future product plans.
- Collecting, triaging and routing feedback to the appropriate product teams.
- Building strong relationships across business stakeholders, acting as a key link between users and product teams.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and escalating risks, issues and blockers where required.
- Maintaining documentation, contributing to training materials and support resources as products evolve.
- Supporting release activities, change enablement and bug triage processes as required.
