About the Role
At WSP, you will have the opportunity to contribute to landmark projects within our Ground & Water team, part of the Earth and Environment business. This role supports decommissioning, demolition, and remediation projects requiring significant sitework and working away from home during the week. You will play a key role in the setup and day-to-day delivery of projects, working closely with team members, project managers, and directors. Typical activities include monitoring decommissioning and demolition operations, assisting with data gathering and surveying, and ensuring adherence to best technical, engineering, and health and safety practices. With experience, you will transition towards supervising and eventually managing these works. The role is predominantly site-based and involves effective communication and liaison with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver tasks cost-effectively and on time.
Experience
Experience in an engineering consultancy, industrial engineering, or site-based role is required. A degree in Engineering (various disciplines), Construction/Demolition Management, or Health, Safety & Environment is preferred.

Qualifications
