About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Investment Banking Technology team at J.P. Morgan. The team works closely with leading companies across various Technology verticals including Software, Internet, and Fintech. As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in originating and executing investment banking mandates across all major product areas. Your responsibilities will include participating in the full cycle of transactional execution such as preparing marketing pitches, conducting financial analysis, and preparing internal committee memoranda and client presentations for M&A, public or private capital markets transactions, and strategic dialogue.

Experience
Minimum 4 years of Investment Banking experience within a country or sector coverage team, with a proven track record in executing M&A and capital markets transactions.

Qualifications
- Previous Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) coverage experience is preferred.
- This role involves regulated activities; therefore, the successful candidate must meet regulatory requirements related to fitness, propriety, knowledge, and competence as assessed by the firm and relevant regulatory authorities.
