We recognize that our people are our strength and the diverse talents they bring to our global workforce are directly linked to our success. We are an equal opportunity employer and place a high value on diversity and inclusion.

The Infrastructure Finance and Advisory (IFA) group has a global mandate to lend and/or advise clients on financing infrastructure projects and companies, working with coverage, product and sales teams to develop and execute solutions across verticals including digital, transportation, energy, utilities and social infrastructure. The role includes leading all aspects of deal execution for bank and bond financings in EMEA, structuring, contract negotiation, due diligence, consultant management and leading credit ratings processes. You will lead staple financing, lender education and acquisition financing linked to selected M&A opportunities, advisory mandates on debt and capital structuring, oversee financial model development, lead credit risk and internal approval processes, assist product teams in structuring hedging products, and work with coverage and relationship bankers to pitch for new engagements and develop client relationships.

This role requires working closely with partners in client coverage, capital markets, credit, derivatives and control functions. It encompasses regulated activities, and the successful candidate will be subject to regulatory fitness and propriety assessments.
