About the Role
The Financial Times is a globally recognised news organisation known for its authority, integrity, and accuracy. We are seeking an Investor Content and Community Manager to lead and grow the Fixed Income Investor Network (FIIN) community across structured finance and private credit markets. This role is central to building strong relationships with investors and key market participants, shaping FIIN's initiatives through ongoing dialogue, market insight, and community leadership. It is a highly outward-facing position suited to someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and fostering communities around shared interests and objectives.
As part of the FT Live Events team, you will manage investor engagement and community development, working closely with FIIN's board and leadership. Your responsibilities will include community building, relationship management, event development, content creation, and strategic partner engagement. You will plan and host networking events, chair task force calls, develop investor-led programming at FT conferences, and create webinars and thought leadership content.
FIIN is a non-profit trade association with over 1,000 members representing more than 475 investment management firms. Its mission is to support structured finance markets through investor education, networking, and critical market discussions. This role offers the opportunity to connect senior buy-side participants, advocate on key issues, and promote a well-functioning structured finance marketplace.
The role requires a proactive, organised individual who can manage multiple relationships, track market trends, and contribute to FIIN's strategic priorities and programming. You will be a trusted point of contact for members and a key contributor to the growth and retention of FIIN's membership base.
We operate a hybrid working model requiring onsite presence 50% of the time. We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a supportive workplace where all voices are valued.
