About the Role
The Financial Times is seeking an Investor Content and Community Manager to lead and grow the Fixed Income Investor Network (FIIN) community across structured finance and private credit markets. This 12-month fixed-term contract role is highly outward-facing and ideal for a relationship builder with experience in investor relations, conference production, content programming, executive communities, or membership organisations. You will develop strong relationships with investors and key market participants, shape FIIN's initiatives and task forces through ongoing dialogue and market insight, and foster meaningful connections within the community.
As a central figure in FIIN, you will manage investor engagement, community development, event planning, content creation, and strategic partner collaboration. You will work closely with FIIN's board and leadership to deliver networking events, chair task force calls, develop investor-led programming at FT Live conferences, and produce webinars and thought leadership content. This role requires a proactive, organised, and commercially curious individual who thrives on building trust and facilitating discussions that align with member priorities and market needs.
FIIN is a non-profit trade association with over 1,000 members from more than 475 investment management firms, dedicated to supporting structured finance markets through education, networking, and critical market discussions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a well-functioning marketplace by connecting senior buy-side participants and promoting knowledge sharing and advocacy.
The Financial Times values diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a supportive workplace where all voices are heard and respected. Join us to build a newsworthy career in a collaborative culture that supports your growth and wellbeing.
