About the Role
The Financial Times is seeking a relationship builder with experience in investor relations, conference production, content programming, executive communities, or membership organisations to lead and grow the Fixed Income Investor Network (FIIN) community. As the Investor Content and Community Manager, you will play a central role in building, growing, and engaging FIIN’s investor network across structured finance and private credit markets. This outward-facing role involves developing strong relationships with investors and key market participants, shaping FIIN’s initiatives and task forces through ongoing dialogue, market insight, and community leadership.

FIIN is a non-profit trade association with over 1,000 members representing more than 475 investment management firms. Its mission is to support structured finance markets through investor education, networking, and critical market discussions. The role involves community building, relationship management, event development, content creation, and strategic partner engagement.

Key responsibilities include managing investor engagement, expanding the FIIN community, fostering meaningful member connections, gathering market intelligence, and providing insights to the FT Live Events team. You will work closely with the FIIN Board to drive strategic objectives, organise and host board and executive meetings, lead member engagement programmes, and chair monthly asset-focused task force calls. You will also develop programming for investor-led elements at FT Live conferences, create webinars, and produce investor and market content such as thought leadership pieces and white papers.

Additionally, you will support membership growth and retention by identifying and nurturing relationships with prospective members, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the wider FIIN team to ensure initiatives reflect member priorities and market needs.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a warm, collaborative culture at the Financial Times, a globally recognised news organisation committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The FT supports career growth, wellbeing, and innovation in a hybrid working environment.
