Description
As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll be a keen collaborator, able to use your experience building relationships with stakeholders to manager their expectations.
With a particular focus on working alongside developers, third parties, testers, product owners and user acceptance teams in an Agile / Scrum environment, you’ll actively utilise your strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, playing an integral role in ensuring requirements are aligned to business strategy and goals.
You’re a Team Player with a passion for delivery, who can communicate business analysis concepts and related matters to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff. You’ll enjoy building relationships with stakeholders and you’re first rate at working with high levels of ambiguity where business objectives and requirements may not be well defined.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to be in the office for 2 days per week and the remaining time you’ll be able to work remotely.
Your role covers various aspects of IT Business Analysis. From applying effective IT business analysis methods and effective stakeholder management to facilitating change. If you’re able to manage stakeholders at all levels, be an active member of the BA Community of Practice and use appropriate methodology tools and techniques (including from standard BA, Capability Mapping, Lean 6, agile and Prince2, we want to hear from you.
