About the Role
Join our Key Worker Services Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) and play a vital role in maintaining and managing key sites that provide accommodation and services to healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for representing and championing L&Q’s values while leading effective contract management services that meet and exceed customer service excellence. This role requires a solution-focused individual who acts as a champion for service improvement for our clients.
As a Property Manager, you will be involved in the lettings process, working closely with external stakeholders, assisting residents with repairs, managing anti-social behaviour cases, handling complaints, and delivering a high-quality housing management service. Extensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
This position offers the opportunity to positively impact and shape local communities within our keyworker sites, supporting residents ranging from long-term tenants to healthcare professionals seeking short-term accommodation. We are looking for someone passionate about housing and the estates they oversee.

Experience
- Proven record of delivering on targets and deadlines within a demanding customer-focused commercial environment.
- Experience managing complaints within target times and managing resident expectations for positive outcomes.
- Experience using MS Office Suite including Excel, Microsoft Teams, and CRM/Microsoft D365 software.
- Experience in tenancy and housing management, including assured shorthold tenancies and related legal notices.
- Experience carrying out regular estate inspections and identifying risks independently.
- Ability to manage void stock effectively and provide detailed reports.
- Ability to manage fast-paced move-ins independently and accurately.

Qualifications
- Diverse understanding of tenancy management and housing management responsibilities.
