About the Role
Aramark UK is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our team supporting a prestigious corporate client with six sites across London, Bournemouth, Dublin, Edinburgh, and Luxemburg. Our client is a global financial institution with a long-standing commitment to exceptional client service, and you will play a key role in the exciting reopening of their newly refurbished site. You will help ensure a seamless transition into the new space, maintaining operational excellence and reflecting the exceptional service culture.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all kitchen areas, washing and organising pots, pans, utensils, and crockery, operating dishwashing machines, and supporting deep-clean tasks such as ovens, fridges, extraction, and floor drains. You will assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, restock kitchen stations, maintain organised storage areas, support receiving and putting away stock, and work closely with chefs and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service flow. Additionally, you will support closing-down procedures to ensure all equipment and areas are cleaned and ready for the next day.

A team player who works closely with chefs and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service flow. Organised and able to keep dishwashing and prep areas tidy to avoid bottlenecks during busy periods.
