We are seeking suitably qualified Landscape Architects and Landscape Planners with diverse track records to join the UK Landscape & Urban Design team. Our passionate and motivated team operates across all UK regions, valuing integrity and professionalism aligned with creativity and vision. As part of the UK Environment business, the successful candidate will join a diverse, collaborative team working alongside colleagues across the UK and internationally, becoming an integral part of a vibrant, ambitious and friendly team.

As a Landscape Architect, you will lead design projects including urban realm and mixed-use developments through all LI/RIBA stages, generally working in a BIM level 2 environment. You will undertake landscape design leadership on multi-disciplinary projects, support the development of client relationships in both public and private sectors, prepare bids ranging from small to complex multi-disciplinary projects, and manage and delegate project work to junior team members. This client-facing role involves providing design advice, leading workshops and stakeholder events, and participating in internal multi-disciplinary working groups promoting innovation and excellence.

As a Landscape Planner, you will lead, author and coordinate Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments, supporting client relationships and bid preparation, managing junior staff, and engaging in client-facing activities including workshops and stakeholder events. You will also contribute to internal working groups focused on innovation, excellence and thought leadership.

Requirements

Experience
Established track record authoring Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments. Proven success delivering landscape and urban design projects from initial site analysis and concept design through to detailed design, including production of information for planning and construction. Experience working in a BIM level 2 environment is desirable.

Motivated to work on landmark projects and contribute to a diverse and ambitious team. Comfortable in client-facing roles including design advice, workshops and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications
Degree level qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent. Postgraduate Diploma or Masters qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent. Proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley software and Adobe Creative Suite.
