The vacancy As a Lead IT Business Analyst, you'll be a leader, mentor, coach and will develop and motivate a team of IT Business Analysts. With a particular focus on leading the IT business analysis responsibilities on priority strategic programmes of change. You'll actively support the IT BA Practice Manager in maturing and enhancing business analysis practices (within IT and across the organisation). You're a team player with a passion for technology, best practice and a high level of attention to detail. You'll be skilled in agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies and have knowledge of quality assurance tools and techniques, enabling you to work in a collaborative environment working across matrixed teams in projects. You'll enjoy networking and you're first rate at building relationships with stakeholders and managing their expectations. To be successful in this role you'll need to be in the office for 2 days per week and the remaining time you'll be able to work remotely. Your role covers all aspects of IT Business Analysis - everything from stakeholder engagement and relationship management to applying effective business analysis methods and facilitating change.
