As a Learning & Inclusion Coordinator, you will support the delivery of Immediate's learning, inclusion and capability priorities across the business. Working closely with the Learning, Inclusion & Development Specialist, the L&D Business Partner, and the wider People team, you will help coordinate learning programmes, employee engagement initiatives, and inclusion activities that create a positive employee experience and support our culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the delivery of learning programmes, workshops and events, including AI Skills Labs, the Content Academy and other capability initiatives
- Managing day-to-day administration of learning platforms such as One Immediate, LinkedIn Learning and the Content Academy, ensuring content is accurate, accessible and up to date
- Acting as the first point of contact for learner and employee queries, providing support across learning and inclusion initiatives
- Coordinating programme logistics, communications, attendance tracking and learner administration to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Creating and scheduling internal communications including newsletters, intranet updates and learning campaigns
- Producing reporting, analytics and dashboards to measure participation, engagement and programme effectiveness
- Coordinating Immediate's network groups and inclusion forums, including agendas, awareness campaigns, employee engagement activities and events
- Supporting delivery of training sessions, workshops and awareness initiatives across learning and inclusion
- Providing project coordination across learning, inclusion and wider People initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Raising purchase orders, coordinating invoices and supporting supplier and facilitator management
- Maintaining learning resources, toolkits and guidance materials across learning platforms and the intranet
- Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion when handling employee information and sensitive organisational data

Requirements

Experience
Experience in an administrative, assistant or coordinator role is desirable.
Experience working with digital systems, databases or learning platforms.
Confidence working with data, reporting and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but a keen interest in developing a career within Learning & Development, Inclusion or the wider People profession is essential.
