About the Role
Are you passionate about education and looking for a fulfilling career? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to join our community-focused and supportive team at Lift Bexleyheath. You will work within a friendly and helpful team and support students across any key stage group.

You will help improve the learning and attainment of students while promoting their independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion. Responsibilities include supervising classroom activities, supporting speech and language interventions, and enabling students to access the curriculum, participate in learning, and experience a sense of achievement. You will be a warm and friendly face to students and parents and flexible to work across any area of the school as required.

Experience
Experience supporting children in any Key Stage. Knowledge of strategies to support pupils with SEND. Positive behaviour management experience.

Enthusiastic and dedicated with a passion for education. Understanding of child development and how children learn. Able to promote independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion. Flexible to work across different areas of the school. UK right to work (no sponsorship available).

Qualifications
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification required; Level 3 advantageous. GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4 or above) required.
