About the Role
As a Legal Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to our in-house Legal Services team, assisting solicitors in managing key legal workstreams efficiently and effectively. You will play an important role in ensuring legal referrals and enquiries are managed accurately and promptly by taking ownership of shared inboxes, recording and tracking incoming instructions, and directing matters to the appropriate solicitor or workflow.
Working closely with colleagues across Legal Services and the wider organisation, you will handle sensitive information professionally, maintain strict confidentiality, and ensure the team has clear oversight of its workload and priorities. The role requires a highly organised, detail-focused individual comfortable managing a varied workload where priorities can change quickly.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring incoming legal referrals via Workwise, email, and post; reviewing and prioritising referrals; liaising with colleagues to gather required information; maintaining accurate records and internal systems; managing shared inboxes; supporting internal communications and publicity materials; preparing court bundles; processing legal fees and payments; organising meetings and events; processing invoices and purchase orders; attending external meetings when required; and ensuring compliance with policies including GDPR.

Experience
- Demonstrable experience providing comprehensive administrative support.
- Experience processing invoices and raising purchase orders with a strong focus on financial accuracy.
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
