About the Role
As a Risk Analyst at Notting Hill Genesis, you will transform data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organisation. Working within the Enterprise Risk Management Team, you will analyse organisational risk information, identify emerging trends, and develop reporting that improves visibility of the organisation's risk profile. You will play a key role in enhancing risk intelligence, supporting horizon scanning activities, and strengthening the organisation's analytical capability through high-quality reporting and dashboards.
You will analyse risk data from risk registers, incident reporting systems, and other organisational data sources; identify emerging risks, trends, and recurring issues through thematic analysis; conduct cross-risk analysis to understand relationships and organisational impacts; monitor housing sector developments, regulatory changes, and external risk factors; develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools; produce insightful reports for senior leadership and governance forums; improve risk data quality and support reporting automation initiatives; and provide analytical support for assurance reviews and governance reporting.

Experience
- Experience analysing organisational data and producing reports
- Experience using Power BI and data visualisation tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights
- Understanding of risk management principles
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills

Qualifications
- Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field
- Power BI or data analytics certifications (desirable)
- Knowledge of ISO 31000 or COSO ERM (desirable)
- Membership of, or working towards, the Institute of Risk Management (desirable)
- Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a professional qualification or the expectation to study towards one.
