About the Role

As Legal Counsel, you will join our expanding legal team to support a broad range of commercial, intellectual property, technology, and data protection matters. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to work across the UK and APAC regions, primarily focusing on UK operations.
Reporting directly to the Group Legal Director, you will benefit from exceptional mentoring while taking ownership of your work. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial, technology, licensing, and framework agreements, advise on intellectual property including licensing and brand protection, support data protection compliance and incident management, and contribute to key projects such as technology transformation, procurement, corporate governance, and M&A activity.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 1-4 years PQE who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop autonomy and commercial judgement within a private equity-backed, innovative business.
Experience
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1-4 years' PQE.
Strong experience in commercial contracts, ideally within a technology-focused or commercial practice.
Exposure to intellectual property and data protection matters, with experience advising on licensing arrangements highly desirable.
Training from a leading City, national or international law firm; in-house experience is advantageous but not essential.
