The vacancy As a Legal Disrepair Lead, you'll engage directly with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues, delivering excellent customer service and clear, responsive communication to ensure positive outcomes for all involved. You will oversee the progress of repairs and case management processes, working with the supply chain to ensure timely completion and assisting with scheduling and organisation across teams. You'll actively work collaboratively, as you coordinate repair and maintenance programmes with internal and external partners to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. You're a proactive person who likes to get things done. You'll enjoy engaging directly with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues, delivering excellent customer service and clear, responsive communication to ensure positive outcomes for all involved. You'll need to be in the office for 1 day per week and the remaining time you'll be able to work remotely. Your role covers overseeing the progress of repairs and case management processes, working with the supply chain to ensure timely completion and assisting with scheduling and organisation across teams. If you have the initiative to work independently, a passion for customer service, and the drive to enhance our repair services, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual with a proven background in disrepair case management. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, alongside strong time management and organisational abilities. Your experience with IT systems, especially in Microsoft Excel, will help you maintain accurate records and manage workflows efficiently. To be successful in this role, you're experienced in: a role which has required good admin skills, including keyboard, telephone, IT and experience of working with databases. coordinating and following up on work programme investigating and reporting on numerous sources of data dealing with a wide range of people including clients, staff, contractors and external agencies diary management and appointment scheduling .
