Manchester, Trafford (Hybrid working: 40% - 60% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location)
Hours
Full Time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. Occasional Saturdays may be required.
Salary
Starting from £30,386 per annum (Regional salary) plus commission*
About the Role
Join our Intermediate Rent Team at L&Q and play a key role in letting Intermediate Market Rent, Rent to Buy, and London Living Rent homes. You will manage applications, support customers through the lettings process, and help maximise reservations across our portfolio. Working closely with Senior Lettings Associates, the Lettings Team Manager, and colleagues in Marketing, Property Management, and Tenancy Progression, you will deliver excellent customer service and contribute to providing high quality, affordable housing.
Your impact in the role includes managing and maintaining applications databases for various rental schemes, maximising reservations by securing eligible tenants, guiding customers from enquiry to occupation, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records including payment processes.

Experience
Demonstrable knowledge of assured shorthold tenancy legislation and the UK letting market. Proven success in delivering objectives in a fast-paced, customer-focused commercial environment.
About you
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational skills. Highly developed relationship, client, or stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment. Driving licence with access to a vehicle with business insurance for work use.
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office applications. ARLA qualifications are desirable but not essential.
