What we’re looking for: Do you have previous experience of taking minutes and meeting actions? Do you have strong IT skill, particularly MS Excel? Do you have previous experience of working in the lift industry and lift terminology? Are you committed to providing excellent customer care and valuing diversity? Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Lifts Data Administrator on a Permanent basis at our South East London Office. A bit about the role: As a Lifts Data Administrator , you will support the Lift Contract Managers with the delivery of our contractual obligations to ensure we maintain compliance on our lifts. These duties mainly include, monitoring and arranging for statutory, thorough inspections to be completed as per regulations including completion of any defects arising from inspections. You will be liaising with other departments to ensure documentation is accurate, monitoring service inspections are completed and information uploaded to the relevant systems. Some of the key results for the role include: Ensuring Peabody are compliant for inspections. Ensuring Peabody Lift Asset Registers are accurate. Produce reports and data for meetings plus taking minutes. Day-to-day responsive and major repairs order raising. A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required A bit about us: 160 years after it was established, Peabody is one of the oldest not-for-profit housing associations in the UK.
