About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking M365 Platforms Engineer to lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of our Microsoft 365 estate. This is a pivotal role that supports the University’s strategic objectives by driving innovation, enhancing business processes, and ensuring the effective use of Microsoft 365 technologies across the institution. Key responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment, providing 3rd line support, consulting with senior leadership, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, ensuring compliance with security policies, delivering training sessions, and monitoring service performance.

Experience
Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft 365 environments.

About you
Strong knowledge of M365 services and a passion for driving technological innovation. Experience in stakeholder engagement and consulting at a senior level. Excellent communication, documentation, and project planning skills.

Qualifications
A degree or equivalent practical experience; Microsoft 365 certifications are desirable.
