Description
Your typical day could start with supporting in the delivery of exciting, forward-thinking marketing campaigns and strategies, working closely with sales, marketing and digital colleagues to devise and deliver innovative marketing solutions and activities. You’ll lead on co-ordinating industry events where it’s crucial Peabody maintains a strong brand presence, ensuring they achieve cut-through. As a valuable member of the team, you’ll be vital to the success of our case study strategy; supporting in the delivery of our homeowner stories and encouraging our customers to become brand advocates and ambassadors. As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you’ll support with the delivery of engaging marketing campaigns, events and initiatives that achieve our targets and key metrics. With a particular focus on showcasing Peabody New Homes (the sales arm of Peabody focused on selling Shared Ownership, Private Sale and LLR homes in London and the Home Counties), and building brand reputation, you’ll work closely with creative design and film agencies, photographers, and printers to create high quality event and campaign collateral and advertising creative. You’re a people person who likes to get things done. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you’re first-rate at using your project management experience to deliver projects and events successfully. Your role covers various aspects of marketing – everything from producing fluent and persuasive copy and content, collaborating with external PR agencies and internal Communications teams. You’ll be effective in budget management and be able to gather and interpret feedback and data. If you’re highly organised with a keen eye for detail, solutions-focused and creative in your thinking, we want to hear from you. Could it be you?
