About the Role
Your typical day could start by reviewing campaign performance and optimising media spend, before heading into a creative briefing with our design agency to develop compelling content for a new regeneration scheme. Then you might be mentoring your Marketing Executive, helping them refine copy for a Shared Ownership campaign, before joining a cross-functional meeting with Sales and Development to align on launch strategy for an upcoming joint venture.
As a Marketing Manager you’ll be at the heart of our development portfolio, delivering multi-tenure campaigns across new build schemes, high-risk projects, and regeneration sites. Your work will help drive high-quality leads, support ambitious sales targets, and elevate our brand across every customer touchpoint. You’ll also play a key role in guiding and developing your direct report, while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns that make an impact.
You’re a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working collaboratively and are confident building relationships across the business to deliver customer-focused solutions. You’ll be based in the office a minimum of 2 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely depending on project needs.
Your role covers all aspects of property marketing from campaign strategy and budget management to content creation, media buying, and performance analysis. If you’re energised by delivering results, passionate about brand storytelling, and committed to helping people find their perfect home, we want to hear from you.
