About the Role
This senior nursing position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the delivery of high-quality mental health nursing care within the Cancer & Surgery division. The Matron will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent patient experience, clinical standards, and staff development. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote best practices, support service improvements, and maintain a safe, compassionate environment for patients and staff alike. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement in mental health nursing services.
Experience
Proven experience in mental health nursing, preferably within cancer or surgical settings. Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications
