About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Meals on Wheels Coordinator to join our amazing Community Services team. The Meals on Wheels Coordinator oversees the day-to-day coordination of volunteers to deliver meals, regularly liaising with hospitality to ensure meal stock and menus can be delivered, and maintaining communication with users to ensure that the service meets their needs. Key responsibilities include coordinating the Meals on Wheels service in collaboration with hospitality, liaising with the Administration and Member Engagement team for accurate administration and finance tasks, maintaining an up-to-date database of volunteers and members, managing stock levels and ordering of meals, supporting volunteers and drivers, maintaining a rota management system, ensuring outstanding customer service levels, and maintaining KPI systems for the meals on wheels service.

Experience
Experience within an administration and finance role.

About you
Outstanding IT skills and proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding administrative, management, and organisational skills.

Qualifications
Hold a relevant business administration qualification.
