About the Role
Join the House of Commons as a Members’ People Partner (HR Advisor) and play a pivotal role in supporting Members of Parliament and their teams. Based within the Members’ HR team, you will deliver expert, high-volume case management across a wide range of complex HR matters, offering pragmatic, legally sound advice while navigating the unique parliamentary environment. This dynamic and people-focused role involves building strong relationships with Members and their staff, providing tailored guidance on employee relations, performance management, and employment law. You will coach and empower stakeholders to confidently manage their responsibilities as employers, ensuring compliance with best practice and regulatory frameworks. Working collaboratively across the wider People and Culture Team, you will also contribute to policy development, deliver training, and share insights to continuously improve services. Requirements

Experience
- Proven experience delivering excellent customer service through strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain good working relationships
- Experience of analysing data to identify trends and making recommendations for improvement

About you
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work professionally, discreetly, and with political impartiality in a complex environment

Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation
