About the Role
Join the Community Engagement Team at Mencap as a proactive and relationship-focused Membership Manager. In this key role, you will support a vibrant network of 264 independent organisations, many proudly sharing the Mencap brand. You will act as a vital connector between the affiliate network and the wider organisation, helping members access information, resources, opportunities, and support to thrive. Your responsibilities will include managing the affiliation process, acting as a key contact for brand, quality, and support enquiries, building strong collaborative relationships, creating engaging communications via digital platforms, email campaigns, and social media, sharing resources and updates, using CRM systems to track engagement, and signposting organisations to relevant support across Mencap. This is a fixed term position up to 12 months.

Experience
- Experience in managing relationships and stakeholder engagement is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
