About the Role
Waste Creative, a Keywords Studios vacancy, is a creative agency building brands with fans for some of the biggest names in the gaming industry through digital, design, and advertising work. We are seeking a talented and hardworking Mid-Weight Designer to join our London office on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will be a self-starter with exceptional raw talent and the confidence to present ideas to seniors and the wider team, helping deliver work that exceeds client expectations.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the design team’s output across various accounts, ensuring high standards on every project. You will become intimately familiar with each brand or IP you work on, mastering their brand guidelines and knowing when to push creative boundaries to fulfill the vision. You will have a strong eye for detail, obsessing over every aspect of design craft, including typography and layout. Working alongside project managers, you will ensure work meets specifications and deadlines. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Manila team, providing feedback and guidance to maintain design and motion standards.

Experience
4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the digital and gaming sector.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Experience with After Effects and Premiere is a plus.
Skilled in end-to-end motion delivery, concepting, storyboarding, and styleframing.
A user-centric design approach with consideration for accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling.
