About the Role
Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things spotless, safe, and welcoming? Do you enjoy being out and about, meeting people, and making a visible difference every day? We’re looking for a Mobile External Caretaker to join our team full-time on a permanent basis. You will be part of a dedicated crew responsible for maintaining the internal and external communal areas across our estates—ensuring everything looks great and feels safe for our residents.

Your typical day will include lighting checks in communal areas with bulb replacements as needed, cleaning entrances, staircases, corridors, lifts, bin rooms, car parks, and podium gardens. You will also carry out litter picking, sweeping, and keep outdoor spaces tidy and inviting. As the go-to person for residents’ caretaking queries, you will work closely with teams such as Neighbourhood Services to meet residents’ needs and report any concerns.

This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors across various estates, building relationships with residents and contributing to clean, safe, and welcoming environments. Every day brings new challenges and your work will be appreciated by the community.
