About the Role
As an MSK Rotational Physiotherapist Band 5, you will be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of your own work, including managing patients within your caseload and seeking advice from senior staff as appropriate. You will carry out patient assessments as an autonomous practitioner, using clinical reasoning skills to determine clinical diagnoses and formulate care plans by utilising a range of assessment skills specific to each clinical area. You will formulate and deliver individual physiotherapy treatment programmes based on sound knowledge of evidence-based practice. This role involves delivering physiotherapy treatment programmes in a variety of settings as part of a 24/7 service, providing comprehensive care to patients across multiple clinical areas within the Trust.

Experience
Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy or relevant clinical rotations is desirable but not essential as support and supervision will be provided.

You should be a motivated and autonomous practitioner with strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. You must be adaptable to working across different clinical settings and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
You must be a registered physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and hold a relevant degree or qualification in physiotherapy. Evidence of ongoing professional development and a commitment to evidence-based practice is essential.
