About the Role
As a Virtual Fracture Coordinator, you will be integral to the smooth running of the Virtual Fracture Clinic (VFC). Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the VFC, maintaining and updating data collection spreadsheets and patient information systems, and ensuring accurate record keeping. You will review weekend VFC activity, liaise with clinicians to identify urgent actions for Monday, and allocate patients to the appropriate Orthopaedic Consultants for both weekend and weekday referrals. Booking patient appointments in line with clinical guidance and managing the VFC telephone line, including responding to patient queries and voicemail messages, will also be key parts of your role. Experience
Experience in administrative roles, preferably within a healthcare environment, is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with patient information systems and data management is advantageous.

A motivated and enthusiastic approach to work is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and liaise with clinical staff.
