About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within residential and commercial properties. You will be joining our Affordable Housing team, which operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide, comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership, and Supported homes. As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting and decorating, and general maintenance tasks. You will conduct routine inspections, respond to maintenance requests, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Experience
Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer with strong technical skills and knowledge in various trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.

About you
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects. Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.

Qualifications
Full driving licence is required.
