Do you hold Level 1 qualifications equivalent to 5 GCSEs?
Have you been in the UK for at least the last 3 years?
You will be aged 18 or above by the time your Apprenticeship commences.

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Multi Trade Apprentice to join us on a Permanent basis at our community centre in Southeast London.
A bit about the role:
As a Multi Trade Apprentice, you will be learning on and off the job and working as part of the Handyperson team. You will provide high quality maintenance/painting services including H&S checks, painting empty void rooms and general maintenance such as replacing lightbulbs, smoke alarm batteries, assembling flat pack furniture, and fitting shelves for vulnerable residents who may suffer from mental health issues or / and substance abuse issues.
You will complete a variety of induction training to settle you in and then begin your Level 2 Property Maintenance Apprenticeship. If there is a need for you to complete English and/or Maths at Level 1 Functional Skills, this will form part of your apprenticeship programme.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Ensure the provision of an excellent service to all our customers by maximising customer satisfaction and providing a high-quality service.
Carry out maintenance and decorating tasks competently.
Ensure that work areas are kept in a safe condition whilst the work is being carried out and that the area is made safe at the end of the day.
Ensure that all accident, near miss events or potential hazards are reported to their line manager immediately.
Follow Peabody Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure, as far as is practicable, your own safety and that of others in the workplace.
This role will require a Basic DBS check.
